Shipping policy
All orders that have the applicable shipping paid for are sent out within 1-7 days after shipping has been paid for and all terms stated on this page are agreed upon once shipping has been purchased.
Please provide your email and phone number on all orders.
You will receive another notification when your order has shipped which will include the tracking number for the delivery.
Worldwide Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping. You may choose Order Hold and we will hold your purchases until you are ready to purchase shipping under the Ship My Stuff! menu option. The product is shown as $0 on the website menu. When you input your address and proceed to checkout, the proper rate will be applied. We will ship out all orders that have shipping qualified for every1-7 days here in Japan, unless otherwise noted.
We do not offer shipping to these countries at this time: Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Nicaragua, North Korea, Somalia, Sudan and Darfur, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Declarations Information
We declare all packages at 5,00 JPY to avoid any tariffs, customs or fees as much as possible for the recipient. If you would like your package to be declared at a different amount please leave a note on the shipping order OR email/DM us and we can gladly declare your package at a higher amount. If you do not leave any notes regarding declaration before a package is shipped, we will declare the package at those ranges.
Lost/Damaged Packages
We do not accept any responsibility once the package has been transferred over to the shipping company. Any packages lost, damaged or stolen while in the handling of the shipping company will be dealt with/through them.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Orders that receive a Yamato Japan, USPS or UPS tracking number will be able to track their packages on the respective websites. Orders that receive a USPS tracking number and used the $12 option might not receive tracking information updates for at least 1 week after the tracking has been given. This is due to the shipping process from Japan to the US, or other countries.
